I had three weeks ago and the thermostat never worked properly on them. water is not hot. I'll just avoid it, just the warranty. I'm from [...] money! 17 of 17 people found the following review helpful. Angry and not by Shawn Bernard, I received the Life Smart Aero Inflatable Spa by Amazon, LLC enjoys. After using the spa a few times, the thermostat was broken. The warranty stated in the manual is for 3 months, but only a postal address to China. After investigation, Amazon was unable to solve the warranty issue, or provide contact information for the production (which I express my concerns, provided as requested in the Amazon address). On the fourth contact with Amazon, they were unable to provide sufficient support for a resolution. I strongly advice not to buy this product 4 out of 4 people found the following review helpful. depends on what you want ... K. Baskerville I bought this product because it was cheap, and thought it would work well to travel with me on vacation by car. I love the fact that it is portable and self-inflated. What I like about it is the heating element is not so large. It's more of a lukewarm bath, and I find myself having to put buckets and buckets of hot water, so keep the heat. If it ever comes to 104 degrees I will be shocked! If a hot bath is good you know! Jets are really nice, the bottom of the bath a bit of a cushion, so it's super comfortable in that respect. You just have to know what you get. If you are a real honest to goodness hot tub to soak in then start saving. If you are only in your garden or on your patio in the summer, want to sit to cool, it's fantastic! But after taking this product with me in Maine, where the peaks were in the 70 and do not get the tub up to about 92 ... Hhmmmm ... I have no hope. Will I still use it? YES ... but I'm looking for a way to get hot water, although I have a way of hot stones placed in the tub must be found! In this case, you get what you pay for. 4 reviews ....
