The latest innovation in resistance swimming, the iPool acts like an extremely tiny lap pool, helping you get all the exercise you need while taking up only 6 square meters of space--far less than a full-sized pool. The iPool's small swimming tank is made of durable, lightweight fabric and is lined with PVC coating, ensuring that the 1,500 gallons of water stays securely inside. More significantly, the iPool offers a total footprint of roughly 10 by 6.5 feet, about the size of a minivan or SUV. As a result, you can move the iPool to several different locations in your backyard with ease. How does the iPool work? Unlike a full-sized pool, the swimmer doesn't actually move through the water, but instead stays in place thanks to the pool's compact Velcro harness. Once you're strapped in, your movements provide all the resistance you need to boost your heart rate and work your muscles. It's ideal for almost any user, including brand-new swimmers just learning the ropes of certain strokes, such as freestyle, frog style, backstroke, and butterfly; injured athletes looking to rehabilitate from knee surgery; and experienced swimmers who don't have the space for a large lap pool but love the cardio resistance a good swim offers. The iPool arrives in two medium-size boxes and takes roughly 30 minutes to fully assemble. All you need is a level, smooth indoor or outdoor area that's no smaller than 14.5 by 11.5 feet. This particular version of the iPool also comes with a filter pump/heater, which turns the iPool into a year-round training tool ideal for both the summer and winter months. The filter pump handles up to 1,000 gallons per hour, while the heater's sturdy sheet metal construction help it stand up to the elements when installed outdoors. Other included accessories include a pool cover that helps minimize humidity when you're not in the pool, a ladder, a floor mat, and a repair kit. The iPool carries a one-year warranty. Frequently Asked Questions: Q: What sizes are available? A: The iPool comes in one size. It is 10 by 6.5 feet (roughly 65 square feet, about the size of a minivan or SUV). The depth of the pool is 3.10 feet and can hold 1,500 gallons of water. Because the iPool is much smaller than an installed lap pool, people can move it to different locations with ease. Q: How easy is it to install an iPool? A: The iPool is shipped to you with two medium-size boxes. The easy-to-install instructions located inside will walk you through installation step by step. It can be assembled in 30 minutes. Q: Where can I install an iPool? A: The iPool is a freestanding above-ground unit that can be installed inside or outside. It can fit into a place no smaller then 14.5 by 11.5 by 8 feet (6 square meters). It must be installed in a place that is level, smooth, and free of any objects that can damage the pool. If it were installed indoors then the floor must be able to withstand 1 ton and have a way to drain water without damage to property. Q: What about humidity for indoor installations? A: Having a body of water inside will always raise some concern for humidity. The iPool comes with a cover to help minimize humidity. The cover will also help keep foreign objects out of the pool when it is not in use. Q: Is it difficult to keep the iPool clean? A: The iPool uses an easy-clean filter pump system to help clean the water. Q: Can I use chloride or a saltwater system in the iPool? A: People can use a chloride or saltwater system in the iPool, but Fitmax does not provide them. Q: How often should I replace the filter and cartridge? A: The filter should be replaced once a year and the cartridge should be replaced every three to six months. Q: How often do I have to change the pool water? A: It is recommended that you change the pool water every three to six months to keep the filter cartage working properly. Q: Does the iPool come with a repair kit? A: Yes, a repair kit is included. Q: How does the swim harness work? A: The harness is a Velcro strap that wraps around your waist and clips that fastens in the front. It can be adjusted to fit waists from 22 to 42 inches. Q: How much resistance is there in the harness? A: There is as much resistance as you want. If you want more resistance in your workout then you swim harder into the harness. To change your workout, you can change the position of the harness. Q: How does the iPool compare to a lap pool? A: The iPool cost much less to install and has less water to maintain. It allows you to have full workout in a small area without the hassle of turning around. For parents who have children, traditional swimming pools can be dangerous areas requiring supervision. With the iPool, children can enjoy swimming with the safety of the harness. Q: What is the iPool made of? A: It is made of a durable lightweight fabric lined with a PVC coating. Q: Does the iPool really work? A: It really does work. You can swim against the harness at whatever speed you would like. You set the speed yourself. No turning around in a pool or changing the speed of the follow of water. If you want to change your workout you can change the position of the harness. The iPool was designed for resistance swimming to help work and strengthen the cardiovascular system without the stress and impact on your joints.

Doreen Chang iPool is great, I agree with Frank, I found iPool to have a shot to use. video company says that you need two people to assemble. I can not imagine why anyone would want to install something similar on their own. With two people, we have done in less than an hour. The cleaning was easy enough, I keep my carpet when I did not spend so much stuff there is to be excavated. This is the price you pay for I have chosen to exclude. I thought the filter was to take all the things that are too small to collect by hand. I thought about heating and voltage of 220 sounds reasonable, because it is a thermal oven. I would think a small heater voltage is not sufficient to do the job properly, or result in my electric bill to skyrocket. So far, he has worked in the solar blanket to keep the water warm. If so, he does not need a heater, after all. Edit your post: To add a product takes format: [[ASIN: ASIN Product Name]] (? It was a little harder than assemble their implicit, but not much. It would be very difficult without help assemble a second person. Swimming in the swimming pool is not exactly like the regular round, but I've used quite fast, and I get a good workout. The filter does not work really well, you have at your fingertips skimmed milk things with some regularity. is I have not used the heater, I do not need it yet. I did not know he needed a line 220, which is a kind of pain. I think it will be mentioned in the literature. See all 2 reviews ....
