I immediately started having problems. The unit started leaking before I had installed the gas! The company then made allegations that Hayward alkalinity in my swimming pool water may have caused the problem. There were no problems with my pool water chemically balanced! I could see that there was a fault in the welding of copper. Anyway, I replaced the heat exchanger, and it seemed fine. Now, months later ... heater does not work! Power does not and you're wasting gas! I have tried to resolve the situation by contacting the pool store, who informed me in contact with a representative of Hayward. After several attempts, I could contact someone / anyone in Hayward. I tried to get information from the website of the Hayward ... completely useless. So try to get someone to drive this special service available .. H100ID1 they complained about this model. They said they had many problems with this particular stove. It is absolute nonsense! The second and third were due to a misunderstanding at the entrance to the copper tube / output. He made a sound, because a piece of metal broke loose.
